ما هو حضوري؟
حضوري نظام لتسجيل حضور وغياب الطلاب (الدوام) في المدارس ورياض الأطفال والحضانات. يسجّل المعلم دوام فصله من هاتفه، ويرى المشرف الفصول التي لم تُسجّل بعد، وتحصل الإدارة على نسبة المدرسة كاملة وتقارير جاهزة. يعمل بالعربية والإنجليزية، وهو مصمَّم للكويت ودول الخليج.
What is Hodori?
Hodori is a student attendance system for schools, nurseries and kindergartens. Teachers mark their class from a phone, supervisors see which classes haven't submitted yet, and administrators get a school-wide figure and ready-made reports. It runs in Arabic and English and is built for Kuwait and the Gulf.
هل يصلح لرياض الأطفال والحضانات وليس المدارس فقط؟

Does it work for nurseries and kindergartens, not just schools?
Yes. The structure is grades, classes and students, which fits a nursery or kindergarten as readily as a school. Students and classes are unlimited, so a small setting pays the same flat price rather than being charged per seat.

How is attendance recorded, and how long does it take?
The teacher opens the app to today's classes, taps present or absent down the list, and saves — under a minute per class. No paper slip and no walk to the office.
ماذا لو انقطع الإنترنت أثناء التسجيل؟
يعمل التطبيق دون اتصال. تُحفظ العلامات على الهاتف وتُزامن تلقائياً لحظة عودة الشبكة، فلا تضيع بيانات فصل سُجّل في مبنى ضعيف التغطية.
What happens if the internet drops while marking?
The app works offline. Marks queue on the phone and sync automatically the moment the signal returns, so a class marked in a poor-coverage building isn't lost.
ما هو وقت الإقفال؟ وهل يستطيع أحد التلاعب به؟
تحدّد المدرسة وقت إقفال واحداً للسنة الدراسية. بعده يُرفض التسجيل، والرفض يحدث على الخادم بتوقيت الكويت (AST، UTC+3) لا على الجهاز — لذلك تغيير ساعة الهاتف لا يفيد شيئاً. وأي فصل لم يُسجَّل حتى نهاية الليل يُعتمد تلقائياً حتى لا يتحول إلى يوم ناقص.
What is lock time, and can it be bypassed?
The school sets one lock time for the academic year. After it passes, marking is refused — and the refusal happens on the server in Kuwait time (AST, UTC+3), not on the device, so changing a phone's clock achieves nothing. Any class still unmarked at the end of the night is finalised automatically so it never becomes a missing day.
هل يمكن تعديل سجل بعد وقت الإقفال؟
نعم، لكن ليس بصمت. التعديل بعد الإقفال لا يُحفظ دون سبب مكتوب، ويُسجَّل في سجل التدقيق باسم من عدّله ووقت التعديل والقيمة القديمة والجديدة. فإذا اعترض ولي أمر على يوم، يكون الجواب سطراً موثّقاً لا استذكاراً.
Can a record be edited after lock time?
Yes, but never silently. A post-lock edit will not save without a written reason, and it is recorded in the audit log with who changed it, when, and the old and new values. If a parent disputes a day, the answer is a documented row rather than someone's recollection.

هل الواجهة عربية بالكامل؟
نعم، والعربية ليست طبقة ترجمة. تنعكس الواجهة بالكامل من اليمين لليسار: القائمة الجانبية والجداول والأرقام. ويختار كل موظف لغته الخاصة، فيمكن للمدرسة نفسها أن تعمل بالعربية والإنجليزية في آن واحد.
Is the interface fully Arabic?
Yes, and Arabic is not a translation layer. The whole interface mirrors right-to-left: sidebar, tables and numbers. Each staff member picks their own language, so one school can run in both at once.
من يستطيع رؤية بيانات مدرستي؟
مدرستك فقط. كل مدرسة تعمل كنسخة معزولة، والعزل مفروض داخل قاعدة البيانات لا بمرشّح في الواجهة. والمعلم يرى فصوله المسندة إليه فقط، والمشرف يرى المراحل التي يشرف عليها فقط.
Who can see my school's data?
Only your school. Each school runs as an isolated instance, and the isolation is enforced in the database rather than by a filter in the interface. A teacher sees only their assigned classes, and a supervisor only the grades they supervise.
كم يستغرق تجهيز المدرسة؟
عصر واحد عادةً: سجّل المدرسة وأكّد السنة الدراسية، أضف المراحل والفصول، ارفع قائمة الطلاب من جدول بيانات، ادعُ المعلمين والمشرفين، ثم حدّد وقت الإقفال. وصباح الغد يعمل النظام من تلقاء نفسه.
How long does setup take?
Usually one afternoon: register the school and confirm the academic year, add grades and classes, upload the student list from a spreadsheet, invite teachers and supervisors, then set the lock time. The next morning it runs itself.
هل يمكن تصدير التقارير إلى Excel؟
نعم. صدّر فصلاً واحداً أو مرحلة كاملة أو المدرسة بأكملها عن أي فترة زمنية. ورقة لكل فصل، الأسماء في العمود الأول والأيام في الأعلى — يفتح في Excel وNumbers دون أي تنظيف. وإلى جانبه تحليلات: معدلات 7 و30 و90 يوماً، وحضور اليوم بحسب الفصل، والطلاب الذين يتراكم غيابهم.
Can reports be exported to Excel?
Yes. Export one class, a whole grade or the entire school over any date range. One sheet per class, names down the first column and days across the top — it opens in Excel and Numbers without cleanup. Alongside it: 7, 30 and 90-day rates, today by class, and students whose absences are adding up.
