من نحن

«حضوري» منصة لإدارة الحضور والغياب المدرسي، تُقدَّم كخدمة للمدارس والروضات. تشترك المدرسة في المنصة، ويستخدم النظامَ موظفوها (المديرون والمشرفون والمعلمون) عبر لوحة التحكم على الويب وتطبيق الهاتف. هذه السياسة توضح البيانات التي نعالجها وكيفية حمايتها.

البيانات التي نعالجها

حسابات الموظفين: الاسم، البريد الإلكتروني، رقم الهاتف، الدور الوظيفي، وتفضيل اللغة — تُنشأ هذه الحسابات من قبل إدارة المدرسة أو إدارة المنصة.
بيانات الطلاب: اسم الطالب وصفه وفصله وسجل حضوره وغيابه — تُدخل هذه البيانات من قبل موظفي المدرسة وتبقى ملكاً للمدرسة.
بيانات تقنية: رمز الإشعارات الخاص بالجهاز (لإرسال التنبيهات)، وبيانات الجلسة، وتقارير الأعطال إن وُجدت — لتحسين استقرار التطبيق.

ما لا نقوم به

لا نعرض إعلانات، ولا نستخدم أدوات تتبع إعلانية، ولا نبيع أي بيانات لأي طرف ثالث إطلاقاً.

بيانات الأطفال

المنصة مخصصة لاستخدام موظفي المدرسة البالغين فقط — لا يستخدمها الأطفال. سجلات الطلاب تُدخلها المدرسة بصفتها المتحكم بالبيانات، وتعالجها المنصة نيابةً عنها لغرض وحيد هو إدارة الحضور. تتحمل المدرسة مسؤولية إشعار أولياء الأمور وفق الأنظمة المعمول بها لديها.

التخزين والأمان

تُستضاف البيانات لدى مزودين سحابيين موثوقين، مع عزل كامل لبيانات كل مدرسة عن غيرها، وتشفير أثناء النقل، وصلاحيات وصول حسب الدور الوظيفي. تقتصر معالجة البيانات على مزودي الخدمة التشغيليين: الاستضافة وقاعدة البيانات والمصادقة، وخدمة الإشعارات، وخدمة البريد الإلكتروني للرسائل التشغيلية، وتقارير الأعطال إن فُعّلت.

الاحتفاظ بالبيانات وحذفها

نحتفظ ببيانات المدرسة طوال مدة اشتراكها. يمكن لإدارة المدرسة طلب تصدير بيانات مؤسستها أو حذفها نهائياً، كما يمكن لأي مستخدم طلب حذف حسابه أو بياناته — بالتواصل معنا على البريد أدناه، أو عبر صفحة حذف البيانات، وسنستجيب خلال مدة معقولة لا تتجاوز 30 يوماً.

Who we are

Hodori is a school-attendance management platform offered as a service to schools and kindergartens. A school subscribes to the platform and its staff (admins, supervisors, teachers) use the web dashboard and the mobile app. This policy explains what data we process and how we protect it.

Data we process

Staff accounts:name, email address, phone number, role, and language preference — created by the school's administration or by the platform.
Student records:a student's name, grade, class, and attendance history — entered by school staff and owned by the school.
Technical data: the device push-notification token (to deliver alerts), session data, and crash reports where enabled — used to keep the app reliable.

What we don't do

No advertising, no ad-tracking SDKs, and we never sell data to any third party.

Children's data

The platform is used by adult school staff only — children do not use it. Student records are entered by the school, which acts as the data controller; the platform processes them on the school's behalf solely to operate the attendance service. The school is responsible for any parent/guardian notice required by its local regulations.

Storage & security

Data is hosted with reputable cloud providers, with each school's data fully isolated from every other school's, encryption in transit, and role-based access controls. Processing is limited to operational service providers: hosting, database/authentication, push-notification delivery, transactional email, and crash reporting where enabled.

Retention & deletion

We retain a school's data for the duration of its subscription. A school's administration may request an export or permanent deletion of its organization's data, and any user may request deletion of their account or data, by contacting us at the address below or via the data deletion page. We respond within a reasonable period not exceeding 30 days.
