باستخدام «حضوري» — سواء عبر لوحة التحكم على الويب أو تطبيق الهاتف — فإن مدرستك (ومستخدميها المخوَّلين من مديرين ومشرفين ومعلمين) توافق على هذه الشروط. إذا كنت تسجّل مدرسة نيابة عن جهة، فأنت تقر بأن لديك الصلاحية للموافقة نيابة عنها.

«حضوري» منصة إدارة حضور مدرسي متعددة المستأجرين: كل مدرسة تعمل كبيئة معزولة عن غيرها. تشمل الخدمة تسجيل الحضور، وقت قفل يومي قابل للتخصيص، سجل تعديلات (Audit Log)، تقارير قابلة للتصدير، وإشعارات — وقد تُضاف أو تُعدَّل ميزات مع تطور المنصة.

تبدأ كل مدرسة جديدة بتجربة مجانية مدتها 30 يوماً دون الحاجة لبطاقة دفع. بعد انتهاء التجربة، يتطلب الاستمرار في استخدام الحساب اشتراكاً نشطاً. يمكن إلغاء الاشتراك في أي وقت؛ ولا نقدّم استرداداً جزئياً عن مدة مستخدمة إلا إذا نص القانون المحلي على خلاف ذلك.

تُنشئ إدارة المدرسة حسابات موظفيها وتتحمل مسؤولية دقة البيانات المُدخلة (بيانات الطلاب وسجلات الحضور) وصحة صلاحيات كل مستخدم. يجب الحفاظ على سرية بيانات تسجيل الدخول؛ ونحن غير مسؤولين عن أي ضرر ناتج عن مشاركة الحساب أو الإهمال في حمايته.

تبقى بيانات المدرسة (بيانات الطلاب وسجلات الحضور) ملكاً للمدرسة في جميع الأحوال. نُعالج هذه البيانات نيابة عن المدرسة فقط، لغرض تشغيل الخدمة، حسب ما هو موضح في سياسة الخصوصية.

يُحظر استخدام المنصة في أي غرض غير قانوني، أو محاولة الوصول غير المصرح به لبيانات مدرسة أخرى، أو الإخلال بأمن النظام أو استقراره. نحتفظ بحق تعليق أو إنهاء أي حساب يخالف هذه الشروط.

نبذل جهداً معقولاً لإبقاء الخدمة متاحة وموثوقة، دون ضمان توفر مستمر دون انقطاع. قد نُحدّث هذه الشروط أو الخدمة من وقت لآخر؛ سنُشعر بأي تغيير جوهري عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو داخل المنصة.

يمكن لإدارة المدرسة إنهاء اشتراكها في أي وقت. عند الإنهاء، تُعالَج بيانات المدرسة وفق سياسة الاحتفاظ والحذف الموضحة في سياسة الخصوصية وصفحة حذف البيانات.

تُقدَّم الخدمة «كما هي» دون ضمانات من أي نوع. ضمن الحدود التي يسمح بها القانون، لا نتحمل مسؤولية عن أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو تبعية ناتجة عن استخدام المنصة أو عدم القدرة على استخدامها.

تخضع هذه الشروط وتُفسَّر وفقاً لقوانين دولة الكويت.

By using Hodori — the web dashboard or the mobile app — your school (and its authorized admins, supervisors, and teachers) agrees to these terms. If you are registering a school on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have the authority to accept these terms for it.

Hodori is a multi-tenant school-attendance platform: every school operates in an environment isolated from every other school. The service includes attendance recording, a configurable daily lock time, a full audit trail, exportable reports, and notifications — features may be added or changed as the platform evolves.

Every new school starts with a 30-day free trial, no card required. Continued use after the trial requires an active subscription. A subscription can be cancelled at any time; we don't offer partial refunds for unused time except where required by local law.

A school's administration creates its staff accounts and is responsible for the accuracy of data entered (student records and attendance) and for assigning the correct role to each user. Login credentials must be kept confidential; we are not responsible for damage resulting from a shared or poorly-protected account.

A school's data (student records and attendance history) remains the school's property at all times. We process it only on the school's behalf, to operate the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Using the platform for anything unlawful, attempting unauthorized access to another school's data, or disrupting the security or stability of the system is prohibited. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms.

We make reasonable efforts to keep the service available and reliable, without guaranteeing uninterrupted uptime. We may update these terms or the service from time to time; we'll notify you of material changes by email or in-app.

A school's administration may cancel its subscription at any time. On termination, the school's data is handled per the retention and deletion rules in the Privacy Policy and the data deletion page.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the platform.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kuwait.
